DMCA Policy

All text and all graphics on jerk-off-1on1.com were made for this site. Should a passage here still look like your work to you, a short notice is enough for us to check it. Anything you see inside the Coomeet chat window is streamed by Coomeet, not by us, so complaints about that belong with them.
1. Checklist for your notice
- Which work of yours is affected, described clearly enough for us to find it.
- The exact page address on our site where you spotted it.
- Who you are and how we can get back to you, preferably by email.
- A sentence saying you sincerely believe neither you as rights holder, nor anyone acting for you, nor any law permits the use you object to.
- Your sworn word, with perjury penalties attached, that the facts you give check out and that the right at stake is yours or that its holder sent you.
- Your signature; typing your full name counts as one.
Choose “Copyright (DMCA)” as the topic in our contact form and paste the notice there. When parts of the checklist are missing, sorting things out simply takes longer.
2. How we respond
With a complete notice in hand we take down or rewrite the passage, normally within a few working days, and report back to you on what changed. Please be accurate: 17 U.S.C. 512(f) makes people who knowingly misrepresent an infringement answerable for the damage that causes.
3. Disputing a removal
Was something of yours taken down and you think we got it wrong? Then send us an objection naming what was removed and where it stood, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or a mix-up, your contact details, your agreement that a US federal court covering your area may decide the matter, and your signature.
